
Steven Hyman received his Bachelor of Arts from the University of Manitoba in 1997. He received his Bachelor of Laws from the University of Manitoba in 2003 and was called to the Manitoba Bar in 2004.
Steven articled and practiced with the Provincial Government at Manitoba Justice-Civil Legal Services (SOA) as a Civil Crown Attorney. During this time he provided legal services in such areas as corporate and commercial law, administrative law, public health law, contracts and contract negotiations, licensing, workplace health and safety , and workplace security policies for numerous government departments, tribunals, and commissions.
Steven also worked at the Manitoba Court of Appeal as a Legal Research Officer providing legal research to the Court of Appeal in all areas of the law.
In 2005, Steven left government practice and became an Associate at the firm of Levene Tadman Gutkin Golub where he practiced primarily in the areas of civil litigation, family law, and administrative law.
Steven has appeared in all levels of Court in Manitoba.
Steven’s current litigation practice includes medical malpractice, personal injury, professional liability, class action, and administrative law.
