A SETTLEMENT HAS BEEN REACHED IN THE EPSON INKJET PRINTER CARTRIDGES CLASS ACTION.
May 22, 2009
On March 22, 2007, Pollock & Company commenced a class action in the Manitoba Court against Seiko Epson Corporation, Epson America Inc. and Epson Canada Limited.
The plaintiff alleges on behalf of himself and the Class Members that Epson Inkjet printers would prematurely indicate that ink cartridges were empty, thus allegedly depriving the Class Members from fully benefiting from the Epson Inkjet Cartridges they purchased.
The parties have now entered into a settlement agreement, subject to receiving Court approval.
For further details and a list of the Epson printer models that are the subject of this class action, see the Class action pages on our website.
If you are a Manitoba resident and own one or more of the qualifying Epson Inkjet Printers and believe that your printer(s) prematurely indicated that the ink cartridge(s) was empty, you are invited to contact Pollock & Company at (204) 956-0450.
